Tashawna Gordon (they/them) is an experienced facilitator who delivers equity-centered training through a human-centric approach rooted in curiosity, empathy, and relationship-building, fostering environments where authentic dialogue and growth thrive. They have experience working with young people and in nonprofit organizations focused on fostering community and creating inclusive spaces. Tashawna brings their lived experience as a queer, non-binary, person of color to inform their work in order to create a deeper sense of belonging through liberation and joy.
Outside of the office, you can find Tashawna spending time with their spouse, CJ, and their two pups, Pippen and Lloyd. For self care, Tashawna enjoys reading, watching women’s basketball, and believes balm to their soul is watching The Mummy (1999) and To Wong Foo, Thank You for Everything! Julie Newmar (1995) on any given Friday night.
