Tia Nettles (she/her/hers) is a creative spirit known for her ability to bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to complex challenges. After earning her bachelor’s degree in NonProfit and Community Studies from the University of Miami in Ohio, she made the exciting decision to relocate to Oregon two years ago. Since arriving, Tia has
wholeheartedly immersed herself in Oregon’s vibrant BIPOC communities, engaging in
nonprofit work and participating in various events to build meaningful connections.
In her current role as the Organizational Development Specialist at Construct the Present,
Tia collaborates closely with Alexis to help organizations grow and thrive. Her passion for
fostering positive change shines through in her work, where she focuses on enhancing team dynamics and organizational culture.
As a Black, Queer cis gender woman, Tia embraces her identity and draws inspiration from her experiences. In her free time, she enjoys writing short stories, diving into fantasy novels, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or playing cozy video games.
