Training

Align your workplace culture with your values with our DEI workshops.

Our courses and DEI workshops are designed to facilitate learning, experimentation, and connection. Once we’ve identified knowledge gaps in your organization, these experiences can be customized to provide targeted learning.

Workshops are broken out into three 90-minute sessions, which include small group breakout discussions. Sessions can be completed in a single day or spaced out over a timeline determined by your organization.

What Clients Say About Us

Workshops are ideal for you if:

1

You’re seeking a high-quality DEI workshop that goes beyond simply checking a box. You’re ready to bring meaningful, long-lasting awareness to your team through customized approaches that dig deep. Our programs are designed to help your employees and leadership embrace everyone’s differences, explore and uncover equal opportunities, and build a solid foundation for a renewed and refreshing culture that values diverse voices and perspectives.

2

You’re looking for expert DEI facilitators who can navigate your team through challenging and joyful learning experiences. Our interactive training sessions can be divided into smaller cohorts, creating a safe environment where employees and team leaders can engage, ask questions, and grow. Our talented team comprises seasoned educators and trainers with experience in nonprofit organizations.

3

You understand that a DEI workshop isn’t a one-stop shop. No one is great at a new skill right away. Practice is the key to building our skills and our confidence in using them. By pinpointing gaps in your communication and understanding, we facilitate the development of cultural competence, effective communication skills, and confidence in applying DEI principles in real-world scenarios.

You can’t learn a new skill overnight. DEI workshops are part of an ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace. However, we also offer DEI keynotes to help broach the subjects of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion with a range of audiences across the country.

How do we measure the effectiveness of our training?

Great question!

Our DEI workshops and training programs include organizational assessments so that we can keep measurable track of the success of our programs, one step at a time. These include pre- and post-training surveys to gauge employee awareness and engagement. Our detailed equity audits also include one-on-one interviews, small group listening sessions, staff surveys, leadership surveys, document reviews, and more.

Why are DEI workshops important for organizations?
